Preparation of Manuscript
The authors are requested to follow the style of paper preparation as in the Journal Trends in Biomaterials & Artificial Organs, a journal published by the society from Trivandrum. If you are not familiar please read this.

Manuscript
The manuscript in English should be typed on A4 size paper with a margin of at least 25-mm. Use 1.5 spacing throughout. Following sections should be included Title, Author's name and address , abstract and keywords, text, acknowledgements, references, in that order. The abstract should preceed the text and be brief and a factual statement of the contents and should net exceed 200 words in length.
The main text of the paper should be divided into sections and subsections, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results & Discussion and Conclusion. Pages should be numbered consecutively beginning with the title page.

References
References should be numbered consecutively in the text (in square brackets), and put up at the end of the paper in the following styles, for journals and books, respectively.

Illustrations
All the illustrations including photographs should be numbered in sequence and referred to in the text and caption as Fig.1, Fig.2, The authors name and the figure number should be clearly shown on the back of each illustration. Original artwork should be sent. The line diagram should be scanned and pasted on the text.

Units and abbreviations
SI units must be used. All abbreviations should be spelt out in full on first appearance, e.g., scanning electron microscope (SEM)

Electronic submission
Authors should submit electronic version of their manuscript to NCBA2002@rediffmail.com and also in a floppy disk preferably in Microsoft Word ( Ver. 97 and above ) document format. However, hard copies of manuscript must also be submitted.
